Can I still use my property if Bearadise manages it?
Yes, of course! Bearadise property owners can block their property as often and for as long as they'd like, completely unlimited. We simply ask for advance notice so we can block those dates on the booking calendar and prevent conflicts with guest reservations.
Does Bearadise only manage properties in the Big Bear area?
We specialize in managing high-end vacation rentals throughout the Big Bear area, but do consider properties in other markets on a case by case basis.
